By far, the highlight of our daytime Vegas walk had to be the fountains in front of the Bellagio. We watched a show in which the fountains (and there are a lot of them) were choreographed to one of those inspirational, orchestra pieces that you generally hear in a war movie right before the big battle.
Bryan videoed it, but the video isn't working so I'll post a link to one on YouTube so y'all can see what I'm talking about.

As for our nighttime festivities, it was another episode of not enough good luck but a whole lot of fun. I lost $8 really quick, read the writing on the wall and decided to focus my energies on other things like making fun of Chris, watching people lose $500 on a single bet and trying to take pictures of the really weird people with my phone without being noticed.
Though it pains me, the highlight of the night belong to Chris.
He had been talking all night about playing a game of roulette, but we really didn't know how to play. We hung around a table long enough to figure out that you could place a bet on the ball either stopping on red or black. So Chris put $10 on black. What happened? Big money! He won $10, cashed out, and I ran around trying to give people high fives. We felt like high rollers.
We're about to hit the sack, and leave Vegas behind us tomorrow morning. It's going to be a long day of driving, but when we get into California and finally see the Pacific Ocean, it's going to be worth it.
See all of you on the flip side!
Glad you got to see the fountains! I LOVED them, but some other people we went with thought they were stupid. Hope you guys figured out that gambling in the casino gets your free drinks! Haha! I guess if you didn't figure that out - it's too late now!
